Role Overview
This role provides in-home nursing care for patients under a partner home healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi. You will support patient care, follow care plans, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure safe and consistent service delivery. This is an on-ground healthcare role with direct patient interaction. Skalantis will help screen and refer suitable candidates. Final hiring and employment will be managed by the partner home healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-home nursing care as per care plans, monitor patient health and record basic observations, administer medications as prescribed, support basic patient needs and comfort, coordinate with doctors and clinical teams, handle basic follow-ups and updates, and maintain simple patient records as required by the provider.
Skills and Requirements
- Valid nursing qualification as per local regulations
- Eligibility for UAE nursing license or willingness to complete licensing process
- Clear spoken and written English
- Spoken Arabic for patient communication
- Professional bedside manner and patient care skills
- Ability to work on-site across Abu Dhabi locations
