Role Overview
This role provides remote nursing support for a partner telehealth provider based in Germany. You will support patients through virtual consultations, follow clinical protocols, and coordinate with doctors and care teams to ensure timely and safe care delivery. This is a remote-first healthcare role with patient interaction. Skalantis will help screen and refer suitable candidates. Final hiring and employment will be managed by the partner telehealth provider.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote patient support through video and chat as per care protocols, assess basic patient concerns and escalate when required, document patient interactions and observations, coordinate with doctors and care teams for follow-ups, guide patients on basic care steps as approved by clinical teams, and follow data privacy and clinical compliance standards.
Skills and Requirements
- Valid nursing qualification as per local regulations
- Eligibility to practice nursing in Germany or willingness to complete licensing process
- Clear spoken and written English
- Spoken German for patient communication
- Comfort with video calls and digital health tools
- Professional bedside manner in remote settings
